Accommodations include 1 bedroom with a queen bed, fully equipped kitchen, large dining area with space for extra guests to dine together, living room with plenty of space to relax and sleep in a queen couch sleeper, bright sunroom, basement, screened porch with great views of the lot with it's trees and flowers, and central air and heat.

  Two night minimum, no pets, and continental breakfast upon request. Can accommodate 2-4 guests. Two guests $100 per night (extra guest $10 per night per guest).
